Re: My bunny Midnight :).
I might be wrong, but I've read that buns don't need a friend necessarily, as sometimes they just don't get along anyway. My friend has a rabbit pair (boy + girl) and also a single rabbit boy. The boy free-ranges most of the time and gets lots of attention, so he seems pretty happy. The pair keeps to themselves mostly (plus the boy in the pair fights the single boy because of the girl in the pair, so they never spend time together). I think both the pair and the boy are equally content. Your rabbit has the benefit of having cat friends too, along with you, so I think she should be fine on her own!

I will be getting mini lops a black boy and black otter girl (girl is mine, boy is my oh's)
they have seporate pens ready for them but will have alot of out of cage time, when neutered they will have a large pen for night time and if we need to go out for a long period of time.

Oh please do get a companion for her nothing beats seeing a pair of bunnies together, its something completely special. I wish I had done a pairing sooner, and now I have a trio!
As long as both are neutered/spayed, bondings usually work out nicely
