Merry Hamster Christmas
It's Christmas Eve - just wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone and then had the idea for people to add a photo of a hamster to say Merry Hamster Christmas. I know there's already been a Christmas photo competition but this is just a bit of fun and photoshop type things ok too.

Re: Merry Hamster Christmas
You could superimpose a santa hat on Maestro A bit time consuming on Christmas Eve maybe - I had that photo already!

Merry Christmas everyone.
It's late - totally forgotten how to insert a pic - you may have to click on the attachment. It's a sneak peak of what will be on my hamsters social media accounts tomorrow - yes my hamsters do social media because they are so clever

Re: Merry Hamster Christmas
Merry Christmas! I hope everybody gave their hamsters a little treat or a snuggle and told them how special they are!

Re: Merry Hamster Christmas
Happy Christmas everyone! My hammy seemed to know it's Christmas, and was still up and about when I got up thismorning! She got a very rare treat of a tiny piece of carrot and a peanut

Re: Merry Hamster Christmas
Mine got a bit of roast turkey and loved it!
Henry, who lives in the open plan kitchen/lounge came out of his house sniffing during the day. It was almost like he knew that something special was cooking.
Percy, who lives upstairs popped up sniffing and looking from his substrate. He looked in his mushroom first but nothing special there, then sniffed his bottle and then sniffed his way to the bit of turkey i put in a tub for him. He's never had turkey before so sniffed carefully first before gobbling it up.
Gordon is way down in his substrate so will get his later when he pops up for food and a drink.
It's the first Christmas for all three of my hamsters and i'm so glad they are here to enjoy it with us.

Re: Merry Hamster Christmas
Lovely to hear that everyone's hamsters are being spoiled!
I had to go to work early today so have just got home and am looking forward to giving them each a tiny piece
of turkey and some pecan nut pieces in addition to their usual broccoli.
They each got a little present of some applewood and hazelwood gnaw sticks, a seed ball, a freeze-dried blueberry and some dried mealworms. Norman, who is very very nervous, also got a hollow wooden log to play in.
It is Nanuk, Norman and Rollo's first Christmas and Monty's second one and we too feel priviledged to share it with them.
