Pets at Home VIP discount

Hi everyone, I'm looking to possibly buy a savic plaza from pets at home, it's £75. I joined the VIP club and it said I would receive an email with a 10% discount code but nothings came through since joining yesterday morning. Has anyone else done this before, does it take a while to come through. I've tried to find online chat on their site but can't find it anywhere. I don't want to wait until I receive it in the post as it takes ages.

I've always just had the discounts on the monthly emails so I'm unsure on that.

They have the Alaska too for only £30 but you need to spend a bit more to get the free delivery.

I know when I signed up which was many years ago it took around 4 to 6 weeks to get my Welcome pack through the post with my 10% Welcome discount. You could always call the VIP helpline and they should be able to assist you - the number is on the VIP club website - https://vip.petsathome.com.

I think I will give them a ring if it's not here by tomorrow, I don't want to wait that long for it coming through the post. It does say email within 24 hours though. Thank you

Hi Minimum77 - we were able to get the discount on the Savic Plaza at Pets at Home. This was in May this year though. I asked them in store when I ordered the cage if I could use a discount code (which I was kindly given from another member on hamster central). It might be worth just going into the store and asking them like I did. Best of luck and if you get the cage, enjoy, it's brilliant and our hamster is happy with her home.
