Thanks pophammy I have been campaigning all day to get it recognised as a National Holiday - there were all sorts of special events going on at Edinburgh Castle, shame it was quite overcast as the view from the big wheel there just now is amazing.

What big wheel? We were up there at half term and we never saw one, just lots of people wandering about the castle in withes' cloaks! (It was a Halloween 'Withes and Wizards' day)
