You could attach another bin if you wanted to add some extra room for her to stretch her little legs, and I'm sure she'd appreciate it! Maybe filling an extra bin with tons of bedding would keep her entertained too if she's a burrower. Lots of old cereal, tissue, and other snack food boxes with holes cut in them and arranged in a maze or a tower could provide cheap fun for her. Another idea would be to get some natural hides like seagrass tunnels, sisal huts, and pine nest boxes for her to hide in and climb on top of. You could also use wooden popsicle sticks glued together to make a custom hut/playground! The DIY section of this forum is filled with some lovely and beautiful ideas on what you can make out of random things laying about your house. Best wishes and happy shopping/making

I would give her as much substrate as you can so she can have a good dig if she wants to & use things like cardboard tubes or the seagrass ones Drago mentioned are really good instead of plastic, small cardboard boxes, maybe a coconut hideout, more bendy bridges to climb on & explore under would be good.
You can buy or make free standing shelves to give a bit of extra space too.
Scatter feeding is the best way to prevent boredom, ditch the bowl & hide the food around the cage or just scatter on the substrate. Foraging can keep them really busy!
30-40 minutes is a long time to just be running in a ball, have you thought about a playpen for her, the ones sold for hams aren't much use for syrians but you can easily make one out of cardboard boxes or there's the stylish playpen here which is easy to do. Those storage boxes aren't available but you could use these. Then you could give her lots more toys & things to explore & have more time interacting with her.

I would put a platform in the larger one. They do seem to really like having a shelf or platform to sit under and to climb onto and it saves being limited to floor toys. This one is a good size and quite tall (21cm) so would sit above quite deep substrate. Agree with Cypher about giving her more substrate.

Or - do you have space for a detolf instead of the two bin cages? Continuous floor area gives more scope for enrichment and they can push stuff around more! It becomes like a terrain.

It would cost £40 for a detolf and I'm sure you'd have no problem making lids for it if you've made bin cages It would need something to stand on - I think the cheapest option there is two lack tables (£5 or £10).

Her bins look nice, but if you are looking to give her more enrichment, then personally I would invest in one larger cage rather than more items for the bin cage. Something like the Barney cage (if not the detolf) as it already has a good house and a platform and loads of space for all her current toys. Plus you can hang things from the roof.

This was our Syrian's set up in his Barney cage. One larger floor area also gives space for larger toys like a large cork tunnel which is also something to climb over as well as tunnel and a natural texture which they sometimes seem to like. I had a vine branch in his previous cage too which added enrichment (second photo).
