Another undertale hamster! One of my old hamsters was named spider cider after the drink in the game. Don't lose hope just yet, she's out there somewhere. Stay determined

Aw that's so cute! We were going to name Chihiro either Undyne or Alphas, but we didn't like them as much. Thank you for the words of encouragement- it definitely lifted my spirits. I'm going to get some cucumber and see how that works

Any noise from her tonight? Fingers crossed. As a last resort you could try one of those humane mouse traps. But I think you'd need to sit up all night so you could let her out as soon as she went in it. I think it's a bit stressful for them being in the trap too long. Local hardward stores should have them - like this

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Pest-Stop-T...ane+mouse+trap

You put a couple of hammy chocolate drops, or cucumber or whatever at the very far end and the door closes behind them.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I've heard her in the past few days. I also can't really spend the night up because I have work really early in the morning. My other hammie really seemed to like the cucumber, so maybe she'll like it too.

I agree with serendipity, being that she's been missing this long, it might be time to look into some last resorts. I know what you mean by not being sure whether you've heard her or if it's your imagination. Had this problem when one of my gerbils escaped. To ensure I wasn't crazy, I left a video on where I thought I heard squeaking and scrabbling. Wonderfully enough, the video proved more than that I wasnt just hearing things, it caught a little bit her nose peeking out of a crack in the wall. Turned out she had been trying to get back out, but was stuck. We ended up pulling wall and baseboards out, but we caught her! Hoping she comes out soon, try the video trick, you might be surprised by what it catches. Best wishes

I was definitely thinking of doing this earlier, but I didn't know how I could record it. I think I came up with a good idea, so I can try recording tonight. I'm just afraid that it might be too late.

My laptop is so ancient that I tried hooking up a web camera to it, and it didn't work. I have nothing to be able to video her. Left cucumber out close to the hole and it was untouched

I wonder if she has moved on somewhere else. Keep leaving her cage open in the room. Do you have floorboards or solid floors? And is it possible to cut out a piece of the plasterboard? You can always glue it back in again with filler. To see if she is there or where it leads to.
