Re: Lost hammie, please help!
The problem is that it's under the heater and I'm not sure what material is under it or what the wall is made of. It doesn't help that I'm in an apartment, so I don't know how to handle the situation. If it were my own house, I would have tried to make a hole to get her by now. My wife tried to see her using a reflection off of a knife and didn't see anything. She said she could see all the way down the hole though. Hopefully she's gone somewhere else and is okay.

Re: Lost hammie, please help!
Do you know how far the tunnel in the wall goes? I know someone suggested this earlier, but maybe try alerting your neighbors and asking if they've heard any scrabbling in the walls. Hope she comes out soon, try checking in any and all openings around your house. Anywhere you know or think there's a hole, leave some of her bedding right outside it with food. Good luck, don't lose hope yet! I've heard stories of hams disappearing for months only to one day return back to their cages, in fact, I've heard a story where a fire ravaged a house and the family later found their hamster that had been missing for over a month and she was only minimally impacted by the smoke. Be as vigilant as possible

Thank you so much. I'm not sure how far it goes or if it leads up/down. I'll keep checking for her for as long as it takes.

Re: Lost hammie, please help!
Just been catching up on your thread strawbebbie, sorry you haven't found her but don't give up.
Congratulations on your little boy, he's gorgeous!
I still think you should speak to your neighbours, this tunnel thing might lead to one of theirs.

How's everything going? Any sign of your little one yet? Hoping she turns up soon if she hasn't already!

She still hasn't been found yet. Still looking for her...
On the other hand, things with Papyrus are going great. We took him out to play the past few days and he seems to enjoy it. He fell asleep on the one blanket we had him on.

Re: Lost hammie, please help!
Oh no! I'm addicted to this thread! A colleague in work walked past my desk, gave me a quizzical look and said - "are you on a hamster forum?"
I was like, "yeah!! there's a missing hamster and I need to know if the owners have found her yet!" - to which then my entire team was asking about what happened - bless!
I really hope you get her back safely soon, do let us know!

We hear her in the wall! We think she might be in the air conditioner.
