Off again!

Hello all,

So as a few of you may know I just got back (2 weeks ago) form a very big holiday, this was my first big holiday in eight years! Then this happened....

This trip was booked before the large holiday!

Each year I go to the Isle of Wight for 2 weeks and this is my 14th year! I started going when I was younger. So apart from spending my birthday there I stay in a Caravan in an area that has no phone signal, no internet and no TV! It is so relaxing! I stay about a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute drive into the nearest town

My dog is coming with me for the second time as she loves it! We stay on a farm in the middle of a valley so it is great for dog walks and such.

So I don't bring Nutmeg as of the journey and the fact that I stay in a caravan and it gets a bijillion degrees in the caravan in the hot weather! So a relative just moved into my house so they will be looking after Nutmeg, I will miss her so much! She will be staying in her Billy Cage still

So last year (this sounds sad!) I did a drive around the island and visited all the Pet shops possible to find Hamster and Dog supplies! In the town 5 mins away there is my favourite Pet Shop! Its great in there and I bought so much stuff there! Travel Cage, Toys, Bowls and more!

So I won't be messaging on the forum for the next few weeks sadly but I may be on when I get signal! I leave tomorrow

Lol maybe I should do this before I disappear to Spain for 10 days...

Hope you have an enjoyable & safe trip GimleyandMeeko, it must be so relaxing cutting yourself off from the Internet for 2 weeks

I hope you have a nice and relaxing trip with your dog and especially without internet for 2 weeks (I would struggle having no internet). Are you going to the pet shops again this time to?

I am just going to the one in the town near me and possibly Pets at Home

Ah, nice! The weather is gorgeous! I went in a heatwave and it hit 42! It is such a great place

Have a great time. Love the idea of pet shop visits. Sounds happy to me not sad!
