The first pet that I ever adopted was my cat George we got him when he was 6 weeks old. He was the cutest little thing (he still is) you couldn't see his legs because his fur was sooo long so it kind on looked like he was floating! He one jumped out of the upstairs window it was one of the scariest moments in my life, like when everything goes in slow motion. Luckily he was completely fine! He decided that it was a good idea to jump out of the window to go and smell the flowers!!!
My second pet we sort of adopted is my female cat Pebs! Shes so small compared to George but she's fatter than him. We were taking care of her for a neighbor who was moving house. She asked us to take care of her for a few days until she had sorted out her house. Three years later she's still with us. We contacted her previous owner to ask when she could take her back but since she was pregnant she decide she no longer wanted her she told us that if we wanted she would come and collect her to leave at the side of a road somewhere. I cannot for the life of me understand how she could do that to a cat that she owned. Obviously we decided to keep her. The thing that annoys me is that her previous owner posts pictures of Pebs on Facebook saying how much she misses her :/
Misty was my first ever hamster that I took on off a friend who decided that she didn't want her anymore and was going to feed her to a snake. She's so sweet and funny I can sit for hours at night watching her run around her cage playing.
The last picture is one of George when we first got him he looks so adorable in the picture so of course I had to share it.
