What a shame 1958 - 2009 I always felt sorry for MJ a seriously disturbed youth and equally lost adult, his music has been with me my whole life, he was in show business from 5 so a lot longer than I have been alive - my brother was always such a fan playing him all the time and I don't think there is one song of his I don't know off by heart. He was going to see him in concert and I regret he will never see him now. Mud sticks but it will fade into oblivion now. I did prefer "black" Michael with the afro and button nose but think he was trying to decolourise to appeal to the widest possile audience worldwide. 50 is so young and I was actually shocked to hear how old he actually was as I don't know he seemed younger/ageless like Peter Pan one of his idols. I hope it was quick and painless and his songs live on for many many generations as a testament to his musical genius. RIP Michael
