Coconut oil
I found out about Coconut oil through a health food store to take away your appetite so I thought I'd try it. I ordered Nutiva organic Coconut oil for $11 from Amazon & take 1 Tbsp a day & it wipes out my appetite. There is 130 Calories in one Tbsp & in the container I bought there are about 30 servings. So a month supply! I got the 15 oz container to try it. It definitely works!
At first I wasn't happy about the 130 calories but it's healthy calories instead of chips or something. I just started taking it so I can't say I've lost any weight yet but it's nice not to feel hungry all the time.

I don't know about it for weight loss but I know a lot of people say how healthy it is for you.

Definitely good for overall health!However,a better idea for losing weight is simply making healthier decisions Of course the problem is that people often let themselves get so hungry that they don't care what they eat as long as they eat something,which is why convenient cheap food is so popular despite being very unhealthy almost all the time

Oh, is very difficult for me too, to lose weight! Healther decisions are not easy
I don't know about coconut oil, last time I was on a diet, I used green tea, and it was great!

It isn't easy because so many unhealthy foods taste way too good and it isn't fair Tea in general is really good for you but you must make it properly or else it will just be so wrong!I think most of the UK members here know about proper tea though,unless they refuse to go with the stereotypes Drinking lots of fluids in general is great for your skin by the way!Mostly water though,always lots of water.

The health food store said green tea too as an option. I need to eat healthier, drink a lot of diet - Pepsi which I hear makes you hungry. But I'm addicted to diet-pop, soon plan to stop though & just drink water mostly, a lot of it too.
A gym instructor once said to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of waters per day. Will try that & long walks too.

Less soda in general is a good step It's very addictive even if you drink diet,mostly with all the effects artificial sweetener supposedly has on your brain.On the bright side water can be made to taste very nice!
Green tea,healthy protein sources,excersize,more water,and more healthy food choices will help a lot
