I've had no snow too! The towns next to mine have or they have had hail all I've had is really strong winds. This is really strange for this time of the year!

Very wet here and snow forecast - crikey! Well anything can happen before the end of May I guess! Most of my life I remember May being good weather though (my birthday is in May and apart from a couple of years I've nearly always had warm sunny birthdays) - so hopefully it'll be more springlike soon! Although Bank Holidays are usually a good indicator of rain lol.

Literally a few minutes after you posted this I had to pop out and we had warm sunshine with sudden downpours of hailstones!! One of the times the hail stones were massive!

At last at last the cherry blossom is out in full bloom on the trees. It always looks lovely if only for a short time. It is up to 3 weeks late from the average time.

I feel so sorry for all the wildlife, they'll be so confused and baby animals might not make it through the contrasts in weather

Winnie a few days ago I went to our local park for a walk and saw a pair of Egyptian geese with 7 babies maybe a week or so old. Was worried for them in the cold wind. They were the earliest born last year. Also the for baby coots were hatching on their water based nests. Just hope urban foxes aren't feeling hungry as well.

Me too Winnie, haven't seen any baby wildlife yet but I can tell even the adults are struggling, lets hope spring really is here soon.
Fingers crossed for the goslings & coots Coco!

It's unexpectedly warm and sunny here so we went out for a walk. Went to the park to check on the feathered families! 2families of coots are doing well so far. Heard that one pair of mallards had had 3 ducklings but only 1 now seen. The Egyptian goose family were doing well. All 7 goslings present and correct!

They look lovely, good to hear they're doing well.
Neither me or the wild life are getting any sun yet sadly, hopefully soon......
