I think you're right FreddyandMe - even if larger cages were a fair price - say £30 (which some like the Alaska are, and the Barney's not a bad price either, compared to a Rotostak set up for example) people would think - don't have the space for that. It's all to tempt people into buying really. On the other hand, pets like Chinchillas and Rats, it is expected to need a big cage - so it should be the same for hamsters really.

I have amended the title - Please can you check out or rules. It is best to talk in general terms ie Pet shops and not name specific stores when posting.
