Just wondering what everyone and their hamsters got for Christmas! We aren't opening our presents until the 28th when little boy is here so I'll update then.
I got one of those fabric bendy bird perches that attaches to the bars and a snuggle shack for my rats, since I don't have any hams right now. I hope it's okay I posted.
All mine got half a whimzie toothbrush each. They haven't taken much notice of them so far. I have put an order in to zooplus for a new house each for the two fluffy syrians, Woodstock and Gopal. Gopal will be getting a sputnik and a new wheel (his is the trixie and is rather noisy, so its a present for me as well)!
The roborovski sisters, Flower and Fairy will be getting some bendy bridges and have just had a little adjustment in their respective cages so that I can get a lot more substrate in. Hoping they like it. GET UP GET UP GET UP. Oh yes, they are nocturnal ...
Fairy needs a new house so will be ordering one very soon.

Nibble got a big flying saucer, and Glowy got a new bigger food bowl. And they got a selection of treats. They were both very interested in what was going on and both had to come out for a but each to help with opening presents!
The three Metallica hamsters got the same things although their reactions were very different. Basically I wrapped up some treats in a sheet of paper with the intention of them gnawing their way through it to get to the contents. Sooty was the first to get hers as she was up and about when I visited my sister and her boyfriend. She was very curious, dragged it to where she wanted it and got through the paper within minutes.
It was less of a success with the Metallica Chineseys. Lord James sniffed his, decided that it might be just too strange and ran away. Lady May knew that there was something nice inside and had a sniff around but couldn't work out how to get in.
My sister wrapped up a stocking full of toilet rolls for Smokey!
I did buy her some other bits - coconut cottage and some Christmassy toys from P@H but she got those early, I had a few weeks of worrying about life in general and got in a panic in case, now she's getting on a bit, she didn't make it till Christmas and missed out on her pressies!
Cc got a little parsley bowl with dried carrots which she picked the carrots out of then ignored! Typical I got a little bit of cash from Dad today that Cc will get her fair share of, we'll pick up some bargains in the sales
Hugo got his big new house from rodipet which he got early, some dinosaur chews, a boredom breaker chew, a toilet roll and treats, oh and a Christmas tree he got that early too. Hope Charlie likes his presents.

I got some new ankle boots with a wedge heel and I love them! I also got some makeup and loads of other little bits. My main present from my family is a double bed which i'm going to be getting in january somewhen. I'm so excited! I got the duvet cover sets for christmas and i'm already planning where its going to go in my room!
