I LOVE cake!! I could eat my bodyweight in cheesecake. I also love carrot cake. I'm a chocoholic but not too keen on chocolate cake (although Domino cake is the exception to this rule!). Any cake with marzipan is also a no-no.

Lol...this was my last birthday cake. I forget who made it....it wasn't me though! Ice cream cake is my favorite (I even eat the cake part. Sometimes.), so that was what this was  .

I'm not a huge cake person, but my wedding cake was a simple round cake...Lilikoi flavor, with a little lilikoi jelly/jam ontop. Freaking phenomenal. I doubt I'll ever have cake like that again. (Lilikoi=passionfruit)
Otherwise, I love lemon bars and chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Even better if they have a little extra protein powder in them so I can eat them for breakfast.

We have Carvel in the states. I'm afraid to ask for an ice cream cake here, god knows what I'd wind up with - I'm sure there would be rose water and walnuts involved.
You can make it at home though - any plain white cake and good vanilla ice cream will do. Break the cake up into small, crumb pieces and then mix it all up into the ice cream. Put it in a pyrex and top with whipped cream and freeze.
