How do you make the account so that I'm able to use the different payment methods? I registered but it still says application rejected. My younger cousin's birthday is soon so i was planning on ordering something for her: probably the Samsung galaxy tab 3 and i wanted to order a ps4 for myself.

Thanks for your help

Application rejected? I have no idea!

When I registered I had a limit of about £160 to begin with but it's slowly gone up and now my limit is £450. If you tried to order then they will more than likely be over your credit limit. If you chose 'buy now pay later' probably same thing.

I think they also run credit checks so perhaps for some reason they haven't been able to issue you with an account limit for the payment options?

Bit odd as to be honest my credit history is terrible and I'm under 25 so you would have thought I'd have been rejected but I never had a problem with it luckily

I keep checking my parcel tracker every few mins to see whether my package has been dispatched yet it's gonna be a long 48hrs at this rate!

I emailed them as to why it was rejected. All i entered was my email, name and my address and they rejected it. I cannot afford to pay everything at once.

Hi, I'm not extremely tech savvy. But my dad's Computer/Managing Engineer and he's been so for the past 20 something years of his job, he also said if he really wanted to, he could build a computer (not that I'm saying he would build you a computer but thats just an example of his knowledge level on tech stuff).

I've been on the computer myself since I was like, 18 months old my parents got me a PC game 'Jumpstart Baby' for my birthday that year. All I did was hit random keys and sounds came out LOL now, I edit videos and do more complicated stuff! So, if you ever need a techy person, I know people (aside from my dad of course I dont usually like to bother him...) plus myself that could help you whenever you need it with computer stuff.

Also- did you just buy the computer? Or are you still looking? Either way like I said I'll be happy to help you with whatever troubles you'd have later on!

Thrifty Hamster - Thankyou very much but I just bought one, I think I linked to it on the last page. Its a little Acer 11.6 inch in pink

Dave - I have NO idea thats very odd!

I've also just looked and it says on my transaction for my laptop, 'Delivery before 28th August'

What the hell!?? It said it was in stock when I ordered and even now it still says in stock so what gives?! I'm tracking the parcel and it still doesn't say dispatched! If it takes that long to come I will NOT be happy!

Got a reply from them:
Dear Mr S.

Thank you for your email about your order.

I am sorry for the delay in resolving your query.* I would be very happy to look into this for you.

Please be advised that your account is a cash only account.* Hence you cannot transfer your order on to 156 weeks payment term.* You will have to make a payment at the time of order.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Kind Regards

Do you know how i can change from cash only account into one that i can use the different payment methods?

Haha feel sorry for you Pinkchi:

Sure! And if I dont reply within a resonable time, you can also add me on Skype or email me, but we'll exchange those through PM first, I'll make sure to check my messages as soon as I get back from my grandparents - but its' early morning and we just got a kitten from the shelter today and I really want my mom to see it, I might be back home about lunchtime so I can garuntee you that if anyone wants to ask me something or I can provide an answer through myself or one of my friends I'll be happy to help to my best ability!

See ya!
