How do i add pic to post

I wanted to introduce my new ham to the site and add a pic. It says to put in url link but i have no idea what this is.

Click GO ADVANCED next to post quick reply. Then manage attachments, upload pics once thats done click close window,then post reply.

I must be thick or something lol but where is "go advanced"

When you go to create a new thread, there will be an Additional Options box with a 'Manage Attachments' button. Click that and upload attachements

'Go Advanced' is next to 'Post quick reply' when you post a reply

At the bottom of the screen underneath the quick reply box, there are two options "Post quick reply" or "Go advanced."

Click "Go advanced," then at the top of the of the reply box there is a bar of different options, the "add attachment" button looks like a paper clip (similar to that on a email).

A new page opens and you can choose to upload a file from your computer. Once the picture(s) have uploaded, close the window and click the small arrow next to the add attachment button and press "insert all"

Hi i did that and i managed it but the pic came out the wrong way round on post even though the pic is the right way up in my photos.
