Default Owls in the moonlight

I am awake in the early hours again, though this time not because of worry about Suri. I thought I could hear someone sobbing but then sometimes it sounded like singing and occasionally sounded like 2 people singing or conversing together. I finally realized that I was hearing a couple of owls hooting in the trees across the street. I was standing outside in my bare feet under the full moon and it was a spooky experience! I have tentatively identified them as Great Horned Owls by their call but I'm not an expert

This is a pretty cool site with bird calls:

Ooo very spooky! Owls are magnificent. On my way home from work where I used to live I'd often see owls flying by. Also saw them in a field at dawn or dusk where I walked my dog. Mostly barn owls I think.
