Looks like I have a visitor!
"Hi, I'm here to see Mio."
Haha! Though I'd share, he was so cute!
Edit: sorry for sideways pic!

Re: Looks like I have a visitor!
We have European Wall Lizards. They are not a native species here but someone let some go because they missed the native species they grew up with. Same person let a whole bunch of non-native species go here that are now naturalized. The wall lizards are kind of neat, especially as I'm not used to lizards (OMG I just jumped out of my skin, my cat fell off the arm of the couch in her sleep LOL!) and they don't seem to be causing any interruptions to the food chain. The squirrels and starlings are certainly suspect though

Re: Looks like I have a visitor!
HA!!
That is a brown anole. Its called that because its brown. Its an introduced species, and its pushing out the native green anoles from their habitat.
I've seen anoles around my backyard and they are especially fun to watch in the spring, when the males begin courting the females by extending their colorful dewlaps and bobing their heads up and down. Its like they are waving a brightly colored flag and saying "I'M OVER HERE!!!! MATE WITH ME!!!" to any females who may be watching.
Females tend to choose the males with the biggest and most colorful dewlaps.
Whoops. Sorry. I am such an animal nerd that I just went rambling on and on.
ANYWAYS, nice little visitor you have there.
