Adopting robos if my Oh will let me ;)

I have 6 male Robo's living in the same tank (dad and his sons) at the moment. Every evening I take them all out and play with them in a large plastic box. They run up and down my arm and even jump into my hand when I hold it a couple of inches above the ground.

Two daughters (we hope) are in another tank and are slightly less friendly, but still climb on my hand and arm after a few minutes in the box.

Mom used to be quite friendly, but is much more restrained since she had her litter taken away.

Every single one of them has bitten me. It has never hurt. They seem to think that callusses and dry bits of skin on your elbow are fair game...

I haven't got much experience of hamsters, but I have never seen any as entertaining to watch as these fellas! What do you get if you put 6 Robo's in a tank with 2 flying saucers? This;

I'm sure I could it would just be easier if he said yes lol We have a joint account so he would notice the money unless I took it out right before I got them and they woould be delivered to me so I would have to do it when he's at workk or something. I totally agree about syrians wanting attention. I've only had two hamsters so far - Fluffy the syrian and Ligeia the robo, and Fluffy wanted so much attention compared to Ligeia who is very self-sufficient and mostly just wants food from us. She's the least attention seeking of any of our pets.
