Aww sorry to hear you're so ill, Gazmo. I've been there many times, any flu turns into a respiratory infection for me.
I drink loads of hot Ribena with honey in it, seems to clear my throat. Or a Jack daniels. ;D

Oh dear, what are the syptoms of that, because im ok most the time, just that my throat decides it doesn't want me to breath at various times throught the day xD
