I don't regret getting my little guy, just getting him from a pet shop cause they don't tell you anything

Does he have eye rings (paler fur in a ring around the eyes)? If he does I'd say he was a mink, if he doesn't I'd say he was a dove.

I was thinking mink too, but as I've said a few times - I'm still learning my colours and last time I correctly identified a mink was actually cause for celebration lol

There's a really good Dutch(?) one that I can never remember the link to The Midland hamster club has this which is informative but doesn't have some of the colours. This has more colours but less information.
