my friend popped round a mark billingham one for me today, buried, have you read that one?

not read any of his before.

i do apologise for keep jabbering on with this thread, i hear the word books and my head spins around like the hams and a piece of cucumber lol xxx

I had to read Misery for a book group I was in and it gave me nightmares!! I've also read Rose Madder and I enjoyed it but I've tried to read other books of his and I just find them a bit weird

Thanks for all the recommendations. There's a second hand bookshop round the corner from where I live, I think I'll go on Saturday and try and get some that have been mentioned here

My brother absolutely loves Terry Pratchett, although I have never read any of his book myself.

I'm not a great Stephen King fan but I did like 'It'.
