It's been ages since I went to worburn, last time I went the lions decided to stand next to the cars (literally just cm's from the windows). The keeper came over to move them along as they were a little bit too close for his liking. It was amazing seeing them that close, you could get a real understanding of their size. Their feet are just so big.
Really making me want to go now, I was supposed to go in March but something came up
The first time I saw a peacock it was loose in the garden of a stately home. They almost seem to be feral in some parts of the UK, and they're a standard addition to a country house or, so it always surprises me when I see them in zoos.

The peacocks weren't in a cage or anything, they were just wandering around. The second picture was done while I was in the queue waiting to take my middle daughter to the loo

I saw peacocks in what was basically a bird zoo (it wasn't called that but I can't remember what it was called ) in cages. Really confused me! I love to see them wandering around
