Hello,

I have moved over all my pictures & videos to Photobucket from Imageshack. When I click on the direct link code & paste it on here it sometimes comes up as password protected.

How do I link them onto here so they have no password protecting them?. Also how do I link to just one picture & not my whole album?

I am not computer savy so bear with me

I tend to resize the images to 320x240 and then post using the IMG tags. If you hover over the pic it gives you the options - the one with [IMG] is at the bottom. That embeds the photo into the post rather than just a link. If you hover over/click on the pic it gives the specific IMG thingy for that picture rather than the whole album.

To resize, click on the pic then hover over the top and a bar appears with 'resize' options:

Also check your album privacy settings are set to public:

I can't see any pictures or videos...

I don't tend to resize my pictures as they are usually an okay size. I have found that I resize them the way Vectis explained, they sometimes don't resize for some odd reason. If that happens, I edit the photo, resize it using the advanced editor and re save the picture. Bit of a faff but it works. Also, like Vectis said, you need to set your album to public for people to see it or you will have to give people the password.

It looks a sensible size to me. Sometimes it can take a while between you resizing the pic in photobucket and it filtering through to the post. I often leave it an hour if I'm certain it's technically the right size and it often sorts itself out

I resize them as my camera takes enormous photos that stretch the forum otherwise. Oh and if you post a link, then move the photo to an album it breaks the link, so put the pic in photobucket where you want it first and then do the forum post with the link.

Someone else will have to help with the video as I never could figure that out on photobucket and use YouTube instead!

I can see both pics and play the video. The pictures size looks fine.
