Degree results...
Hello everyone
As some of you know I have been in university for the last six years studying the BA (Hons) youth and community degree course part time. I had my results last Tuesday and I got a 2:1! Not only that, but for my dissertation I had an A15 and the highest is an A17! The course leader wants to put my dissertation in the library, because it's the only theoretical dissertation on social pedagogy and youth work they have.
Please don't think that I am bragging, but I really am pleased with these results, since I am not academic, and I struggle with everything. I have a very poor memory, low confidence and self esteem, and anxiety issues. I am also losing my job in 3 months when funding ends.
I am also not in debt from taking the degree course, which I think is great, as I know people who did the same course as me but are still paying off their loans because they did it full time. I have struggled in uni, but I got there in the end.
I want to thank everyone for their support with the dissertation I did this year. You were all encouraging and understanding when I was almost completely stressed out by the entire thing.
Thank you all at HC!
