2:2 = good pass 50% pass mark
3rd = pass 40% pass mark
and then the only other mark is fail which is less than 40% (percentages are rough and can vary but thats a guide)

Oh strange, we just have pass/fail for degrees. To get a bachelor's in almost any field you have to have b's or better or they won't pass you. I got my bachelor of arts with all A's and B's. Once you have the degree it doesn't matter how well you did in the program when looking for jobs.
