Good morning!
For some reason I'm WIDE awake and have been for ages. So I thought I'd say good morning! I felt a little sick as I was hungry so for breakfast I'm having ... PASTA WITH UNAVO SAUCE AND GOATS CHEESE! Yum yum!

Re: Good morning!
Good morning. I've been up since 7.30 myself because I have a dog that I have to take for a morning walk (almost every morning unless my sambo is feeling sweet). I'm so not a morning person, haha. But it's nice to have extra time during the day (although that just means more hours to wait for my hamster and work).

Re: Good morning!
Lazy Starlight Only joking, I'm just the same! Sometimes I can fall asleep really early and get up at a reasonable time, or I don't fall asleep till 3/4am and wake up really late! All depends on work too
I woke up early today with a massive headache! Luckily it's gone now

Re: Good morning!
Hehehe
I used to be a lot worse, sleeping for 9-10 hours and needing a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon. It was the medication I was on but since coming off it, although I do still sometimes sleep for 10 hours, I rarely need to nap and I usually only sleep for 8-9 hours.
That entire pot of coffee I have each day probably has something to do with the lack of napping too lol.
