Good luck with your little pig

As everyone has said, nuggets are best to stop picky eaters, my lot have Burgess Excel too. And lots and lots of hay. It's recommended a tea-cup of fresh veg everyday for vitamins. They can eat pretty much any veggies except iceberg lettuce, potato, onion. Mine love fresh herbs and fresh grass more than anything though

I've introduced younger pigs to others. We started off with a pair of girls and have gradually increased to six over time. My eldest two are pretty placid and I've not had any issues with introductions (well, until they met my neutered boy for the first time.. there was no way Pippa was giving up top spot!!)
Some say that a mutual bath is good for bonding, but I've been lucky and never had to do it. I've just let them find each other in a neutral space with a pile of leaves as a focus... the sofa or the lawn seems to work well for us. I've always been ready with a towel or something to chuck over them incase it kicked off though

Good luck with your girlie, hope she settles in soon x x

Aww can't wait to see her and I have 8 guinea pigs who love cucumber the most mine are all on wagg as supermarket own brands are rubbish and never buy tesco own pet bedding as a lady my mum know had to take her guinea pig to the vet for this because it contains to much bleach and I have all 8 of mine in zoo zone 2 and they have free roam on non rainy days and they do a lot better in pairs.

Feeding wise mine get fresh fruit and veg everyday with the munching on grass they love Timothy hay and I even used to have them that there cage was half blanket and cushions and the other substrate for wee time lol

Guinea pigs are amazing pets love lots of cuddles and all sit on your lap watching Telly in all one of the best pets you could ever have
