Course results due...

Hello all

This is a bit early, but iv just found out that my degree results are out on the 26th of this month...and I am scared to death to put it politely. Doing the dissertation was the most difficult thing I have ever done, and I have spent the last 6 years in university part time doing this course. If I pass, I will be a degree qualified youth worker (nationally qualified). (I wanted to do parasitology but I can't find it anywhere as a degree course).

The last time I was this nervous was collecting my GCSE results 20 odd years ago. Am I being silly? I know people who completed their dissertation in 3 days flat, whereas I spent over 7 months working on mine and I still struggled. I guess I'm not academic. I know my anxiety issues are not helping, but I am terrified my work has not been good enough. I have no idea what my final grade will be...I think I'm too old for this now.

Am I the only one waiting on results?

Ah... Good luck! I know I was worried about my results last year and was really relieved to confirm I'd passed the blinking thing lol. I was worried a lot so its understandable that you're worried. I hope the results are everything you want from them

My uni course did a parasitology module but to be honest I learnt enough then to see parasites everywhere so a degree in it would've been more than I'd want to learn in it lol. It is interesting though

good luck! my boyfriend's been so agitated over the past few days, since his department didn't even tell people on the course when they'd get their results! some of my mates have already got theirs... I'm really anxious for the OH, he really wants to get at least a 2:1, as he's going into law. thank god I've got an extra year haha.

I'm waiting for results as well, getting annoyed when others have them and I still don't (i'm an undergraduate and we sat our exams with the postgrads which is earlier than most people).
I'm sure it'll be fine, I'm expecting resits which isn't good since next year is my final year eek! I'm always worried and nervous around result time :3
