Pophammy is in her final year so it all depends on these final A level exams!
She has had D1 Maths and has over the next two weeks the delights of C3 Maths, Further pure 2 & 3 Maths, A2 Physics and A2 Biology as well as 2 pointless A2 General studies exams! Following this she starts driving lessons and has her theory test.
I hope you all do well in your exams, whatever they may be.

Oh boy, I've been on vacation since April 5th so no exams for me for a while now! But I do wish good luck to everyone who still has exams left! Nothing compares to the relief you feel once you're done your final exam

Arrrrgh Souffle all those higher maths exams!!! :S Seriously that sounds like torture for her! Having said that, I found the A-level biology exam a real pleasure. Okay I know that sounds weird but seriously, biology made so much sense to me that I really didn't mind the exams.

I still have exams to this day (), including one on Tuesday, booooo! But having done GCSEs (I remember the awfulness well, good luck everyone, you'll be fine!), A-levels (my brain is still boggling at all those higher maths exams, Souffle - luckily I didn't have to be tortured with those), and graduate exams (Kissa, you THINK you have done your last exams... hahahahahaha!!! Not that I know what you've studied... but it's never the end, never... *manic laughter*).

Which reminds me, way back, I had a wonderful time with my driving test stuff (not)! Due to my university requirements I suddenly discovered that it would be incredibly useful to have my license, so even though I had been learning for a while I suddenly only had two weeks with which to pass. Managed to get my theory test booked for the end of the first week and passed first time, phew. But you can only book the practical after getting the theory, and somehow amazingly, considering the average test-waiting time was six weeks, I got my practical for the end of the second week and by some miracle passed first time! ...

...

... And even having done all the other exams before and after, seriously, that driving test was still the scariest, most terrifying test I have ever ever taken in my life.

This is very true. I did a geology GCSE as part of "curriculum enrichment" when I was doing my A levels. I barely revised because the A levels were much more important, thought I did really badly in the exam... and got an A* Granted, I was two years older than most people doing GCSEs at this point, but I was also very under-prepared because it didn't really count towards anything.

Haha, I hadn't been to school since I was about 13 came back to the UK do do my GCSE's, did less than two years of studying, barely revised and came out with higher grades than most of the students who had been in school their whole lives! I got two A*s, three As, three Bs and three Cs from a total of about 14 months education I think I am proof that our school system doesn't work for everyone like the government of education demands it must do! I picked up a lot more life skills, developed logic and common sense and learned by doing not by reading text books and for me that worked so it would probably work for thousands of others too! But no aparently it is only possible to learn in one particular way
