How to add something to profile

I notice a lot of people have the wee sayings at bottom of their messages "mummy to so and so" how do i add this to mine.

It's peoples signatures

Click on 'User CP' then 'Edit Signature' (under the Settings and Options title) then you'll be taken to the signature editing bit where you can add what you want

No problem Oh, if you think you've done something wrong and it doesn't appear, say on this thread, it's because you need to post something like 20 words before it will appear in a post. I think it's 20... Something like that anyway.

I've been told it's fifteen words, but I swear it's shorter than even fifteen. I haven't bothered testing it though just sometimes I post short posts and my sig appears when I didn't think it would.

I added it but i tried to make the colour purple but it just seems to be black.

Just tried a colour thing on mine, you need to add the code like this (minus the spaces) -

[ COLOR= " DarkOrchid " ] TEXT HERE [ / COLOR ]

Replace DarkOrchid with whatever colour you want to use
