We went up Portsdown Hill Charley and managed to see it in between the clouds

Here is a pic my husband took with the sun filter over his camera lens, you can see some sunspots too.

Great shot. I was so annoyed when I looked out the window and saw cloud after cloud after cloud. I waited up till 6ish and just gave up and went to bed!

lol I guess Hampshire is a big county, it's just to the back of Portsmouth!
