Well done you!!! I'll be three years next week which i hadn't thought about till I read your thread. Don't worry about the weight part, try to eat three meals and two small snacks a day, as eating five times a day ramps our metabolism back up again burning an extra 300 cals by doing that alone.
The brilliant part is you've done the best thing you ever can for your body!
I quit in September of 2008 per advice from my doctor because I was having surgery in October that was going to require a tube in my throat. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because once I had gone like 5 weeks without a cig, I refused to start again.

I was having trouble with my throat and went to see a specialist and she told me if I carried on smoking within a year I'd lose my voice!!! Luckily I managed to quit,and also my love for the ciggies caused me to have some pretty serious grade 3 pre cancerous cells (back when I was 23-24)
So it's a bloody good job I quit! Xxx
