Hi everyone I was just curiouse if anyone on here plays volleyball? On a team or just for fun...
I have tryouts Tomorow from 12 till 2 for my freshman year! Wish me luck theres no telling how many incoming freshmen there will be

And what year is freshman year? I always get confused between the American vs British terms Is it year 11 or something?

O no I totally understand (I get confused sometimes )
Freshman is 9th grade (1st year of high school)
Sophmore is 10th grade (2nd year of high school)
Junior is 11th grade (3rd year)
And Senior is of course 12th grade!
So First year of high school for me and therefor me making the team is gunna be hard- But ima try

we have kindergarten threw 12th grade Also some people take Pre K(kindergarten).
It goes Pre-k, k, and then 1st threw 12th.
You all have a lot less schooling than us No fair! So you have 11 basic school years? (We have 13 or 14 dependin on if you take pre k)

People now have to do year 12/13 as it is compulsory. I think it's called 6th form? It never used to be like that when I was at school (5 years ago).
