Re: HC I have Great News!!
Good point Erin. The reason I've got my Mums car is insurance, its cheaper for me to keep it until its nearly out before I insure mine than for me to insure mine from the day we got it.
She's covered under a different policy that lets her drive any car - mine included, so since hers was just insured for me this time it made sense to make the most of the insurance
Insurance is costly though

Re: HC I have Great News!!
It really is! My first years insurance was just over £1000! Since then it has gone down to around £600. Still expensive though. I save like crazy every year to make sure i have enough money for it in Jan.

Re: HC I have Great News!!
Thank you so so much every one....I'm still buzzing >3
I'm hoping to get a little Nissan Micra or a Corsa. I have money saved up for it so what I would pay each week for a lesson can go into my insurance fund....doing it direct debit will make it easier to manage.x

Re: HC I have Great News!!
Congrats!
You must be so excited
I remember when I passed my test first time around despite changing lanes half way through turning at a major intersection haha. My inspector was on drugs because he'd just had an operation and I told him I was leaving the country in 3 months so it wouldn't be like passing me would be a danger to anyone in Australia hahaha.
