You can take Drivers Ed at fourteen and a half (It varies by state, but this is my state's laws) and get your permit at fifteen. You have to have your permit for a year before you can get your license and once you have your license you can only drive with family in the car for a year. I'm exciiiiiiiiiited.

Blooming heck! At 17 we can start driving lessons if we want with an instructor we pay for in our own time, take our theory test (again something you pay for) then our real test (more money) then if you pass it you can drive Bit more simple but we have to wait longer to get behind a wheel, plus it's soo expensive and you can't drive without insurance which is even more money. This is the reason I stick to using buses
