Default Re: Going on Holiday

We have lots of family pets so it is difficult finding someone who can pop round and feed them all. I have never been on holiday abroad and have only had holidays visiting family in the UK. Mum would come with us and Dad would stay at home to look after the animals and go to work (good old dad ) or if we were going to see my nan and grampie when we were kids, Mum and Dad abould stay at home.

Having pets is absolutely lovely and very rewarding, but when it comes to having some 'you' time, it can be very limiting.

No idea what you time is either :P One of my dogs doesn't understand personal space, so I no longer know what that is.

We were away for 30 days last year and our ham went to a friend who would have been all over him every day - he was still the same ham when we got back even after 30 days of being fussed over by a stranger.

I'm also going on my first holiday since getting my little hammies!! I'm going on holiday on the 13-17th June, and the 20-24th June. I guess this isn't so bad because I get to come home in between and pet them and stroke them My mum will be taking care of them so there won't be any stress of moving them somewhere whilst I'm on vacation I'm still a little nervous about leaving them!! They're so lovely I will miss them so much!! Anyone got any tips??
