Are you taking blurry pictures of freckles/moles? I have three freckles all in a row on my forearm that bear a striking resemblance to Orion's belt.

Maybe I am an alien from that part of the galaxy and was branded as such at birth.

Yep i think i have lol. Its on the back of my neck. I never knew it was heart shaped until my friend pointed it out. I had to take a photo to be sure as I can't really see it in the mirror!

It's about the most interesting and random thing I can say i have lol
