I would definitely complain. Obviously it is difficult to guarantee that something so fragile won't get broken, I order things fairly often from Rat Rations and they stipulate that though they try their very best, they cannot promise that delicate treats won't get smashed, but that is just it. They try their very best. From the sounds of it, pet supermarket didn't try very hard this time. How could anyone think that those doughnuts could survive being put under the HH mix?!

Well I had a response, I had forgotten all about it as It's been a while.. the email was pants.. it said they couldnt find any order they had sent out to me and needed my order ref to help.. so I sent them my order ref number.. Got email back saying they would pass my feedback to the warehouse and gave me a number to call if I want to place an order!!!
No apology for the poor packaging.

I hope they refund you or send you another pack (this time preferably not broken -_-). They ought to because that's no way to package something up.

Wierd that they suddenly send something to you like that though after normally good service.
