Default Bulging Disc

I've managed to mess up my back again. I recovered from back issues only a year ago. Last time I was on opiates for 8 months and in severe pain for a year as I found out I have scoliosis and also managed to get a bulging disc and sciatica. I've been exercising for awhile so my back is stronger then it was last time but I still managed to mess it up and have the disc and sciatica issue again. It's not as bad as last time (and hopefully won't be) but with my job i have to sit quite a bit and that is suppose to be quite bad for the condition. Anyways if anyone is so inclined send out good vibes for me into the universe I would appreciate that I am attempting to deal with this without pain medicine as I had issues with pain medicine last time so I'm basically always in pain.

Doing good at the moment. Don't think its "better" but its shifted to a better less painful place for now. Which is nice because this weekend was hard. Was either sleeping or in pain. Got new pads for my tens unit which i got when i had back issues a year ago and that helps with the pain when i have time to lay down and use it. Exercise works well in shifting the disc and making it hurt less but the process usually causes more pain until its over. But the benefit of a stronger back and less pain after makes up for it. Also have this great herbal tincture for my back that my friend gave me for Christmas last time i had back problems. Mostly just hoping it doesn't come close to how it was a year ago because I was pretty much stuck at home and barely able to move and I NEED to work we can't pay our bills if i don't. Plus would be horrible to have to struggle to take care of my animals instead of being able to enjoy doing it.

Yikes, best of luck with it all. I really hope it heals up soon!
