Re: Working With Animals
I think I'm okay with natural bodily functions, but anything that shouldn't be happening and I panic! I work at a cat shelter too and I can handle the most filthy kitten but if there's an injury I can't look for ages. Poor things.

Re: Working With Animals
It's great fun! Although I was exhausted afterwards. Any big bang theory fans will love the fact they have a giant tortoise called Sheldon!

Re: Working With Animals
I have worked with many different animals.
The world owl centre for a few weeks which was amazing!
Equestrian centres.
sea life centres.
Dog grooming parlour.
But i would love to be a falconer or a midwife :P

Re: Working With Animals
I think I wan't to work with animals but I really don't know, I'm pretty sure I don't want to be a vet, it'd be too heartbreaking. I'm choosing my subjects to do my standard grades (GCSE's) on in a few weeks so I'm just keeping my options open

Re: Working With Animals
Oh yeah, loads of other options
I just wandered off to uni and studied zoology, now am waiting for a foot injury to heal and then will be chasing any/all animal related jobs in the area. Won't be vet based but am sure I'll find something eventually. Have had to miss applying for a few jobs in the last 8 months (due to the injury) but it shows there are animal related jobs out there

Re: Working With Animals
I'm a bit worried because of the way my school have treat me over the move. Saying Im throwing it all away and that I have no idea what I'm going to do. In all honestly I am terrified in case I don't find my route but im sure it'll come in time.
