What types of animals do Pets Corner sell?

Our local one doesn't sell any animals, but they've got a massive range of cages, toys etc

They also do a full health check on any animal you are buying while you are standing there which I think it good.
They also ask you tons of questions to see if you know about the animal and ask what things you have for the pet you're taking home to make sure you have everything you should have.

And like others have mentioned, the staff always get you to buy the biggest cage for whatever pet you're buying.
They do sell smaller cages but if you're buying a syrian they wont let you purchase a small cage at the same time!
I tried buying a mini duna ages ago at the same time a friend was buying a syrian (she had a HH at home) and they said I couldn't have the cage in case it was for the hamster!

They sound really good! Hopefully mine will be just the same as those mentioned. I am going there tomorrow and have just been reminded that I have a spare cage

Do you think the syrians will be bigger and generally more healthy than the P@H ones? My Charlie (my syrian) didn't last long at all, and I wouldn't want to go through that again. I treat my chinesey like she's the Queen because of it but I know it wasn't my fault, he came from bad breeding lines. They claim to get their hamsters from star breeders, i hope so.

Let's hope a hamsters gives me that "take me home" look tomorrow otherwise I'll be buying toys for my little lady

They do treat all their animals pretty well compared to a lot of places.. my local one sells hamsters and gerbils, and sometimes rabbits and guinea pigs, their tanks must be about twice the size of the p@h ones..
Not impressed with their cages though :L
The syrians i saw were pretty small, although thats the same about most babies :@ Never got a hamster from there before though.

Darcey is a big girl, the whole of her litter were as one of the staff has one of her brothers and he's also massive. Darcey weighs 220g. She's been healthy so far touch wood, but shes only a year so you'd kinda expect her to be up till that age
