I can't believe how small their hutch was! poor things. no wonder the wee piggy is so underweight.. Hope she bulks up soon.. any names yet? I would love to see pics of their new homes when you are able to.

I have never seen a bunny with short hair so beautiful before. Ever. She's amazing! She looks a lovely elegant lady. As elegant as a bunny can be . I'm so happy there are folk like you out there! You do us all proud.

Lucy and I both spent lots of time at the vets today cooing at bunnies moaning how we want house rabbits. BUT! There is a big kitty and a hamster already. The flat is big but not that big

no names yet, although bunny did come with the name maddy, the pig has never had a name

they are both currently in temp housing, bunny is in a 5 x 2 hutch that i use for quarantining, not idea but a damn sight better then what she was in! she actually claimed it herself too i put the carrier on the floor with the door open, and the door of the hutch was open, went to go get her some food, and found her sat in the hutch looking at me as if to say "this mine now yes?"

my plan for her is to hopefully bond her in with magic, who lost her friend earlier this week (due to old age), if that works she will have a 5 x 2 double with 5 x 7 run, with magic

the piggy is in a temp cage indoors, not sure on dimensions, we were going to bond her to dandilion, who lost her friend patch earlier in the month (we eventually had to help him along as he had developed root elongation, and one of the roots had grown into his eye socket and into the eye itself) but we decided to shuffle the groups around so tatty has gone in with dandi, and piggy will take tatties place with baby girl and willow

Oh you know what, I only saw the first two pictures and for soem reason thought they were both bunnies! lol, in that case yea, I have never even heard of bunnies and pigs being kept together

Hi Lilacstud - I have approved your post but bear in mind that this thread is nearly a year old and Lil miss hasn't been around the forum for several months now.

I know from another forum that sadly this bunny turned out to be unwell and passed away last November. She was only 4 years old and had been bred from at least 3 times. At least she knew good care for a shot while with Lil Miss.

The piggy is happy and healthy though and living with a few other piggies
