Goodbye to James
I have the bad news to share that yesterday we had James sent to the rainbow bridge, it was a decision I made based on his quality of life getting bad. He had some trouble with his front legs, was very wobbly and was obviously in a lot of pain.
James was two and a half years of age, he will be happier at the rainbow bridge. Play well James.

Re: Goodbye to James
Oh I'm so sorry, I'm sure despite the heartache James is thankful for your decision even though it was a difficult one to make. It shows how caring and kind you are.
Rest easy James

Re: Goodbye to James
Dear BRD,
So sorry to hear about James, you made the right decision I had to do the same with Ghost earlier in the year.
He was a jolly good age so far none of our hamsters have gotten to 2yrs of age unfortunately.
James, rest well in eternity across the bridge ,there is much good company there to keep you entertained, I'm sure the Electric Hammy Orchestra will sound a fanfare for you.

Re: Goodbye to James
So sorry Blue to hear about James, he was a great age and gave you so much happiness and love. You made the right decision about going to the vet, it's always a hard decision to make and when we have to make it we do it out of love. Big hugs to you xxx
