Default RIP Lucky

Hi all.

Had to say goodbye this evening to Lucky. He was my sons hamster and was only 4 months old but sadly it seems his time was already up

Feeling very sad at the moment xx

I am so sorry. Four months is very young so hard to lose a hamster so soon. Sometimes they are born with a weak heart or some other genetic defect - but it's very hard. Have a think about getting one from a breeder when you're ready to have another ham friend - they have a pedigree and all the genetics are known. Or even a rescue hamster (my theory being they are survivors!).

It can help when you've had a little ceremony to say goodbye xxx. Play well over the rainbow bridge Lucky with all the other much loved hamsters.

So sorry for your loss, it is very hard to lose a ham so young, although his life was far too short I'm sure it was full of love & he would have known that, try to take comfort from that thought.

Run free & play well at the bridge Lucky.
