I return her back to pet store on sat
for treatment wet tail sunday I called back to store
so how she was doing
one female employee told me she's doing fine
but they will keep eyes on her
I know how deadly wet tail it was
I loss two hamsters from wet tail so far
RIP Shio&Freya
I was praying her to come home soon with me
she was only with me for five days
but she was already my baby girl
I was looking forward see baby to adult hamster
so today I was waiting for call hope to be good news
I notice it was passed 5pm no call from them
so I decide to called them
employee answer it I request for pet care manager
pet care manager told me he will check on her
so I was keep on hold
I was keep praying not bad news about my Daffy
so he answered phone she passed away this morning
she was not feeling good this morning so we took to vet
she didn't make it
I asked him she passed away from wet tail isn't it?
he replay to me yes
I asked him how's black and white(her cage mate) is she's alright?
he replay to me yeah everything fine
I wish this was not true
my poor Daffy.... didn't make it
from wet tail
she was pretty baby hamster I ever seen
I only had her since April 16
she was only little bit over 2 months old
Daffy was too young to go
I'm not think getting another hamsters right
this moment
I played her like 5 mins befor I send her back
I wish she was still here.....

I am so horribly sorry Daffy seemed like such a sweetheart. Taken too soon, but you did all you could and instead of leaving her to suffer, you offered her proper medical attention. Your time with her may have been short, but you have her everything a hamster could ever ask for. I'm so sorry this has happened to you. May she Rest In Peace

I am so sorry to hear about Daffy. It is so unfair and cruel that the two of you were together for such little time. But, you did everything you could so you don’t have to feel culpable. Keeping you in my thoughts.

I'm so sorry about your loss of Daffy. It isn't fair that the world only allowed you two to be together for such a short time and then ripping you two apart. Without you though, Daffy could have passed much more painfully, you did the right thing by taking her to the vet, even though she didn't make it. I hope that you realize that and remember all the happy moments you spent with her, even if they were short. Sending you many hugs <3

I am so sorry. Wet tail is a horrible disease. It is very sad. I can understand you not wanting to get another hamster just yet, but maybe in time you will find one from a reputable breeder and enjoy seeing the hammy grow up and care for her. Some pet stores are not good places to get hammies from. She is playing free now over the rainbow bridge xxx

I am so very, very sorry to hear of the loss of your precious Daffy. She was such a sweet hammy and quite adorable. I know that having her for such a short time is extra tragic, but please remember that you gave her a wonderful, loving home which I know that she must have truly cherished. You took her to get medical attention as soon as possible and did absolutely everything that you could in order to save her. Please take comfort in knowing that there was definitely not anything else that you could have done. My thoughts and prayers go out to you during your time of mourning, and I hope that you will gain some peace from all of the precious moments that the two of you shared together.
