Default Remembering my past hamsters

I miss my hamsters very much! All of them! My first hamster i named Goldy was like "my little sis." She was my BEST FRIEND! I'd let her run around freely on my bed, and let her tickle my nose with her whiskers when she walked over to where i was at the bed. I always remember that!

I also miss our other hamster named Zipper. He was an Albino (all white fur) with red-eyes. He was originally my brother's hamster he got cause he was jealous of me having my own hamster(s) so he got himself a hamster who he named Zipper. I saved Zipper's life at the pet store when he fell out the floor! I quickly picked him off the floor & put him back in the cage. He looked to be in shocked but he was 100% fine soon after that. After awhile with Zipper my brother gave him to me to take care of. Zipper wasn't hand-tamed or anything. He would sometimes climb out of cage at our house & he'd climb out of the basement (his cage was down there after my brother didn't want him anymore, so we ended up putting Zipper's cage in the basement). He lived for maybe 5 to 6 years! I think?!).

My next hamster was a dwarf hamster that i named Zorro. He was nuts! He'd bite our hands & fingers & dig his two front teeth into them so they'd leave his teeth marks in them! We bought him a tunnel to climb through, but he ended up burying himself in the bedding in his cage while in that tunnel & we found him dead in it! That was very sad.

My next hamster was named Sunny, who was the same color & type of hamster liked Goldy. He was an ANGEL too! I don't really remember much about him cause it's been so long! But I do know that he was the same kind of hamster Goldy was. He was a sweetie! I do remember that too!

Soon after I got a Russian dwarf hamster that i named Anne Frank. I'm a HUGE FAN of Anne Frank! My Anne Frank hamster had violet-purple fur & red-eyes, like Zipper. She was a good friend too. I don't really know much about her either, though she was a good friend too!

I miss all of our hamsters very much! Sorry for the long story! I just wanted to remember my deceased hamsters who have all crossed The Rainbow Bridge! I miss all of them very much! They were very good pets, friends, & family. I'm glad that they are all no longer suffering. I just miss them so much! Rest In Peace Forever Ham-Ham Friends! Thanks for being our friends & pets! You are our Blessings & Guardian Angels! *tears up*

What a lovely way to commemorate all of your lost friends. They all sound like they were very lovely little ones! Losing our hamsters is such a hard thing to deal with, I still remember all my lost hams like it was just yesterday that I last saw them. They definitely do hold a special place in our hearts. I'm so sorry about all of them, may they rest peacefully

HarleytheHamster, I am so sorry that they all passed away. I do think that you sharing stories of all those you have loved and lost is a very wonderful way to honor their memory and how much they mean to you. No matter how long it has been since they left us, they live on in our hearts and so many things trigger our most precious memories that we were blessed to be a part of. Although they are tiny in size, hamsters truly leave huge paw prints in our hearts and in our lives. It is quite evident that you truly love and miss each and every one of them. Find peace in the fact that you will all be reunited once again over the Rainbow Bridge. Until then, may all of your furry family look down upon you and give you a sense of true peace in the knowledge that they are all running free, happy, and well. Rest in peace, Goldy, Zipper, Zorro, Sunny, and Anne Frank.
