RIP Boris
Today's check found Boris dead under his hamster wheel, with no hints as to the cause of his demise. A check of the others showed everyone else is healthy and behaving normally, but I will still be keeping everyone under watch.
Good night my little prince, your life was too short.

Re: RIP Boris
I'm so sorry oddly, it's very sad that he had so little time with you.
Run free & play well at the bridge Boris.

Re: RIP Boris
So sorry for your loss and that you only got a short time together but in that time he was loved so much.
Thinking of you.

Re: RIP Boris
Thank you guys. The thing that worries me most Is that I have no idea what caused it.

Re: RIP Boris
It is hard oddly, it's difficult not to keep worrying about what it might have been or what we could have done differently when a ham dies unexpectedly from unknown causes but it is just something that happens sometimes & we can't know, acceptance may be tough but you gave Boris the best life you could so just try to focus on that.

Re: RIP Boris
So agree with Cypher, wondering why it happened and could you of done something different is a few of the questions we as owners ask ourselves but, remember you gave him a very happy and loving home in that short time.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sometimes we never know why they leave us but he sounds to have gone peacefully.
Play well at the bridge Boris x
