Re: Goodbye little Tank
Whenever I see a cherry tree or cherries in the shop, I'll think of Tank.

Re: Goodbye little Tank
I'm so sorry to hear this. Poor tiny Tank.
I'm sure he agrees that the wait he had at the petstore was more than worth it to end up at such a loving family. You really did everything for him, both of you - and even with his slightly protective behaviour towards food, you still showed him lots of love and was around to the very end.
He had so much personality and always brought a smile to your lips. Destroyed the poor green and blue tube shortly after it being introduced.
I really believe he had the best possible life he could have and I'm sure he enjoyed all of it
Now he rests peacefully

He really was odd and his name fit him really well, I feel sorry for that tube but he either hated it or liked it. I am going to miss him.

Re: Goodbye little Tank
Sorry for your loss, good you were able to bury him and be able to remember him that way. Hope you remember all the good memories that you had with him during this time of sadness.

Re: Goodbye little Tank
So sorry for your loss. I know he had a wonderful time in your hamily and that is the best a hammie can ask for. That sounds like a lovely resting place. RIP Tank. xx

Re: Goodbye little Tank
Oh Blueray, I am so sorry to see that Tank has passed away. You certainly tried your best to help him. A cherry tree is absolutely gorgeous in the Spring. We had one when I was young and it was in the middle of about 6 or 8 crabapple trees. The pink flowers from the Crabapple trees were set off by the beautiful white flowers of the Cherry tree. What a lovely place you chose for Tank. {{hugs}}

Re: Goodbye little Tank
I'm sorry to hear about Tank's illness and that you had to say goodbye. It's always so heartbreaking to see them suffering.
Rest in peace Tank.
